Everest is on my daughter’s “bucket list” of before 30 must do’s.
One of her former instructor’s/mentor’s is a summit guide, has made quite a difference in her life.

Looking forward to your pics, and such; bring back a pint fo yak butter!
Mount Stuart was my love all while living in Ellensburg. I loved seeing it every single time I did. Good for her and I would love to follow her on her journey to the top!
Hi Karen,
I just read your blog. It is so cool, and I’m super excited to follow your progress.

looking back at all you done in your life did not surprise me at all when i first heard that you were going to do this. As a long time friend i know there will be nothing that will stop you from your feat of this mountain. just another walk in the park for you all that training. good luck and god bless can not wait to see pictures from the top.
Karen though I knew you as Kathys sister at Glacier, I just want to say I admire you sooo much. I enjoy your blog immensely, something I will never see as walking is difficult for me with a life long friend of arthritis. Enjoy and keep us informed. God bless
