    Everest is on my daughter’s “bucket list” of before 30 must do’s.
    One of her former instructor’s/mentor’s is a summit guide, has made quite a difference in her life.

    Planning on the walk-up on Adams, in July, and if she, (and I), feel spry enough, hopefully Mt. Stuart. (In my opinion, the most pictoeasque peak in Washington State).

    Looking forward to your pics, and such; bring back a pint fo yak butter!

    looking back at all you done in your life did not surprise me at all when i first heard that you were going to do this. As a long time friend i know there will be nothing that will stop you from your feat of this mountain. just another walk in the park for you all that training. good luck and god bless can not wait to see pictures from the top.

  8. Karen though I knew you as Kathys sister at Glacier, I just want to say I admire you sooo much. I enjoy your blog immensely, something I will never see as walking is difficult for me with a life long friend of arthritis. Enjoy and keep us informed. God bless
